      Great company as long as you don't care about woke BS

      Pros

      This company was great when it was smaller. Great people who mean well. They now are focused on social justice issues, such as BLM/LGBTQ+ which has no place at work. Luckily you work for clients who have no need to worry about woke activities. If you like these things it is a great place to work. It's amazing that employees have time to attend all the social justice meetings, as usually I'm busy working for my client.

      Cons

      Not a lot of vacation. You get 19 days a year of PTO plus 5-6 holidays. PTO includes any sick time. You get inundated about things that might offend you if you have any conservative point of view, but this is the IT industry, and this is out of Ann Arbor.
