      1. Its a good place if you are looking for something to do for the time being or an entry point to the tech industry. 2. Your experience at nexient will depend on the team or client you work with. 3. Okay Salary In my opinion

      Cons

      1. Unstable work environment. Lots of layoffs when the number of clients reduce and layoff arent based on experience . If you are without a project for some time you will be laid off. 2. No bonuses

      Lying to their employees about layoffs from the top down. They have proven to be extremely untrustworthy and their remaining employees are actively seeking new opportunities. Also, they underpay their workers.
