      I did get exposure to the latest technologies

      Cons

      Upper management lack any and all people skills. Most of my team and I were berated and yelled at on a regular basis. Asking questions caused more berating and questions about being qualified. No training on the business environment you were thrown into, you were expected to know. Not knowing would be a cause for more berating. I felt a great relief when they let me go.

      Diluted vision, leadership regressing to management

      Depending on the team or project, there are occasional opportunities to learn a lot in a short period of time

      Cons

      ran their brand into the dirt after original ceo cashed out and handed the reigns to some financial exec. things have been in slow but steady decline ever since. senior management pretends to be progressive, but allow people with no understanding how to manage people or projects to make incredibly bad decisions, and blame devs without any sort of investigation.
