      Pros

      Meet really great people Company did really great during quarantine / coronavirus. Had meetings for discussions and immediately allowed working from home since last March.

      Cons

      Some projects might not be the best fit Clients might work at different hours

      Pros

      Pretty laid back environment, very few high stress times. People(HR ish) team is easy to talk with and wants to help Other employees are always happy to help and share knowledge. Added 401k matching in the past year or so. The upper management is aware of some of the shortcomings in benefits package and working on adding to it.

      Cons

      Benefits package leaves some to be desired (again management is aware and working on it)

      Pros

      Talented people, challenging opportunities and a ton of room for growth. Nexient hires non-traditional and it really makes the company dynamic, it also invests heavily into training and empowering team members to be impactful.

      Cons

      No red bull in the fridge! Salaries for entry level can be on the low side but the benefits and training imo make up for it.
