      Pros

      Nexient has a great group of people working for them, all devoted to helping others grow and improve. They want people to learn and try new things to find where they fit best and where they'll be happiest. They're very inclusive and have groups devoted to women and poc in the company, who work to improve the experience of those groups in the company. I work fully remote and every manager I've had thus far is big on work-life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly bellow market rate, but I think the workload and the people are worth this small difference.

      Pros

      Everybody's friendly and willing to help another. There's a culture of learning here. You work with various clients and various technologies. There's a laid out road map if you want to advance vertically. Career coaches, 1:1 monthly with your lead, and lunch and learns, you have tons of resources at your disposal.
