      My opinions are following: My experience in Nexient was very positive Nexient have a really good culture and respect to its employees. Good training to its employees. Good compensation and benefits . Remote Working Opportunities.

      Friendly and professional employees, nexient care for its employees. Nice salaries amd benefits. WFH option.

      Health insurance is not good and expensive.

      Very relaxed atmosphere with a bottom up approach on leadership. Awesome place to get your foot into the proverbial tech door.

      Cons

      Compensation can be a bit low.
