      Flexible Environment, but lack of communication

      Good co-workers, decent pay, projects were okay when they were available, team sizes are good.

      Cons

      - Lack of communication about job performance - Lots of focus on two buildings, when one alone isn't full - Management keeps chasing bigger clients at the expense of a varied required skillset

      Good knowledge gain on multiple projects.Worked with some awesome Managers which helped me to grow to new heights.

      Cons

      Too much stress , too many changes to adapt and pay was far less than the market value.
