I would like to express pros in this company by answering bad reviews this company does not deserve. Complaint about Salary: First of all, They hire you as an unexperienced, out of college, you don't even know git or other essentials, and they turn you to a great developer. They basically pay you to learn. I came here as a web developer with non-professional AngularJS experience and they gave me an opportunity to learn iOS Development and I am a better AngularJS developer at the same time. Second of all, and this is a common sense, you accepted the salary conditions, they did not force you to work there. Complaint about Management: I would like to explain what a great leader means. Being a great leader is not just managing people and getting the job done on time. Great leader should improve their team both on skill and personal level. I worked with great leaders and they took your opinions/ideas into account. They don't have mind reading capabilities, you need to speak up if you are unhappy. Don't even read this review's Advice to Management part because there is nothing there. Complaint about work/life balance: I am not sure why people are complaining about this part, because they are really laid back when you get the job done, which is your prior responsibility. If there is an emergency, they are covering for you anytime. Last but not least, I suggest don't read the reviews that have game room or ping pong table for pros. These people is probably not worked very well.

I have learned a ton here. They hired me without experience on my part. I have had chances here to take on more responsibility than I think I would've at other employers. Beyond technology, working with various clients can show how things work at different companies. I have not had to travel. Good place to get started if green, but also probably a good place to move up quickly if ambitious.
