I am really happy to hear that your coworkers and a friendly atmosphere at Nexient. I feel exactly the same way. Thanks also for pointing out our delivery directors as a great knowledgeable resource. These folks have incredibly busy jobs, from ensuring effective delivery of our client engagements to architecting systems and ensuring that we’re up to speed on the latest technologies and business practices. Yet each of them also values the importance of coaching and mentoring our great tech athletes. Your comment means a lot to me and to them. Thanks for posting. I’m really happy you’ve found Nexient a great place to launch your technology career. As you probably know, “Generous Collaborators” is one of our six core values. I believe strongly that all great innovation comes from collaboration of people from different perspectives. I agree that employees should share in the success of the company.
