      Flexible Environment, but lack of communication

      Pros

      Good co-workers, decent pay, projects were okay when they were available, team sizes are good.

      Cons

      - Lack of communication about job performance - Lots of focus on two buildings, when one alone isn't full - Management keeps chasing bigger clients at the expense of a varied required skillset

      Pros

      It's a great place to work. There is a huge amount of collaboration and help, not just between people on the same teams but across the board. The mentality is 100% we're in this together, which is hard to see at first, but after you get your bearings you realize you can literally ask anyone in the company for help and if they can help, they will. There is also a huge culture of out of work learning, almost everyone is curious and passionate. Your boss is more than likely a programmer, and actually willing to help you out. I've had a few, and feel comfortable just going over to any of them and asking for advice, technical or otherwise. Outside of the work stuff, company events are actually really fun.

      Cons

      There is a twenty word minimum, so I'm going to type some things before I write my answer. But really, just the pay.
