-Flexible Work Schedule -Career advancement opportunities -Amazing full "Anytime" workout facility -Development lab with state of the art equipment that can been used at any time. - Breakfast catered once a week - Lunch catered 2-3 times a month - Enterprise level Coffee Machines -Massage Therapist once a month -Full car Detailing once a month -Oil Changes -Insurance -401K - Snack Bar/Drinks available anytime -Parking right next to the building -Over the past 3 years Nexigen has grown over 285% and many of the employees have been promoted within.

Cons

Empowerment is a key for Nexigen. People who are not self driven and need constant structure may have a hard time adapting in this type of environment.
