8yNous croyons à l'initiative, la créativité, l'implication de chacun, l'intrapreneurship. Une récente enquête comparative indépendante a démontré que nos bénéfices étaient compétitifs envers des entreprises semblables à la nôtre. Les gestionnaires de Nexio utilisent l'approche "porte ouverte" et invitent les employés à leur adresser leurs questions, enjeux, inquiétudes, etc.
