Pros

I was able to use my college experiences, meet new people that have the same interest, and move up in a industry i have always adored. It is a labor of love on the production side, unless you work master control or are a director/producer

Cons

The pay is minimum and the hours are very little literally no overtime not even the news crew, i'm currently looking for other part time work.
