      Pros

      coming from ridesharing industry, Next Billion have a deep understanding on AI, ML, GIS, data and the practice in the real word. A single digit percentile increase of data accuracy and millions of dollars they helped to save for logistic, marketplace, food delivery, and many more industries boosted. A very diverse culture background of team, easy working atmosphere and deep respect for all of it's early employees.

      Cons

      as a VC backed startup, born during the outbreak of corona virus, surely put a lot of logistic difficulty to a multi-culture and multi-country team, which might reduced the work efficiency. good thing is that everyone is very passionate about the vision and industry and very much self-driven.
