Pros
Industry experienced co-founders from Grab, nice and cool dev and ops team, plus the opportunity to work remotely, Next Billion is certainly one of my great choices of employment. Really love to work here. As an engineer, I've had my hands on some really cool projects and tech stacks that I haven't yet had the chance to dig deep into previously. The guys here work regularly to everyday schedules, keeping things in progress, but very thoughtful to other people to maintain a work-life balanced environment. It is not a very common thing you can find in most of today's start-ups, cutting off the harshness but still running fast and keeping the customers happy too.
Cons
It is somehow a little difficult to meet the team from other cities/countries, mostly due to the quarantine though.
