Next Century has offered me so much, not only in my career but life, as well. I have a fuller sense of purpose, I am happy to come to the office each day, and I know that the company I stand behind will always do the right thing. And for all those things, I am grateful.

Cons

Although the company has excellent benefits, Next Century's single-minded dedication to delivering exceptional products and developing high-performing employees means that the company does not cater to those who require "perks" or incentives to excel. If you are one of those people, take note.
