Lots of opportunity to grow and make an impact!

Pros

We work with great enterprise clients and get exposed to how they run their business, the challenges their facing, and get to help them solve them. Next IT is constantly open to changing the way we work, and looking for ideas improve. Also, working with human emulation is always interesting and evolving.

Cons

If you're not an independent thinker or self-starter, this company might be a challenging place for you. Management doesn't strongly dictate how employees work, and looks to you to come to them when you've got challenges or need help.

Pros

Flexible Work Schedule, allowed to work remotely when needed, employees outside of management are supportive of one another and happy to lend assistance to another employee when needed.

Cons

There are the protected people who you cannot challenge, people placed in management positions that are not qualified (lack of degrees or experience for those positions), company ignored existing clients to allocate resources to new leads, sexist environment, employees are underplayed unless you are the "protected", management will push their responsibilities onto you, the company will not hire new employees because they do not have "resourcing" need but people continue to leave and management will not hire new people to replace the old and instead push those duties onto existing employees increasing their workloads, if working on an implementation project will work long hours, very high turnover rate.

Great place to figure out how the industry operates, what to expect from it, and how to communicate within it.

Cons

Re-organizations caused quite a disruption, moving resources around is always a pain point.
