Pros

Here's a list of the pros: - It's a fairly small sized company, so there's a lot of room for quick growth. - The ability to work from home occasionally. - The opportunity to work on fun and challenging projects. - Fun team events every now and then. - Free lunch three days a week. - Employs a lot of smart and high profile people. - No pressure on getting work done over the weekend or on extended hours. - Ability to work in a small company culture, where your voice is easily heard. - A Microsoft partner. - Won a lot of awards in the industry. - One of the leading companies in the Life-sciences Content Management Solutions for Regulated industries. - There's probably more pros, but I will stop here to let you discover the rest on your own :)

Cons

Here's the list of Cons: - The pay could be better. But the salary range is flexible, so if you prove how good you are, you will be able to expect a salary increase. - 1-2 years back, some employees were not happy because of the management and the set of layoffs. That caused a domino effect on everyone else in the company. Employees talk about what they don't like and unintentionally convince other employees the same. That hurt the reputation of the company's work environment. However, now the management is much better and well aware of the previous mistakes. For more than a year now, we haven't seen anything negative about the management and the company decisions.
