      Consistent workload and good local team.

      Cons

      The benefits are not good for the medical. Only getting a 2-3% cost of living raise per year. Since the merging of multiple companies we have had very low job security. Very long hours with minimal compensation for the extra work. If you want to get a promotion it is nearly impossible no matter how hard you work or how many skills you have learned
