Pros
Leader in wind energy in the US. Salary, benefits, and opportunities for work life balance are about average with other major companies. Some of the senior staff employees are very knowledgeable and are a good resource.
Cons
Serious problems with the trustworthiness of the companies managers. It is a well known problem in the company's culture. The top executives of the company say they are trying to address it, but very little is actually being done. Be prepared to have your managers publicly blame you when their ideas go wrong, and they take credit for your work when things go right. The managers are also very manipulative, they will tell you one thing to gain your cooperation, but then they will not honor their commitment.
