      Not too bad of a company,. Little top heavy!

      Pros

      Pay is great, low crime area. When the day is done, I can go home and not worry about work.

      Cons

      Training sucks, shift work sucks, and you can not get out of operations unless you move up. No lateral moves possible. More upper management than you can shake a stick at.

      Pros

      Great benefits package, base pay and bonus packages.

      Cons

      The management team is reactive and always in crisis mode. Plants are not well maintained. Staff is overworked and stressed from long outages and short notice outages. Constant turnover in senior management team and too much grandstanding.
