During COVID, even though most operations were shut down, NextMed maintained full employment and full compensation, NO COVID LAYOFFS, and while other companies are now laying people off, NextMed continues to hire and grow. This place is very vibrant and supports its employees.

Cons

Every company has issues, NextMed's are too minor to mention
