      Pros

      The work environment is challenging and very satisfactory. During the COVID-19 pandemic, not one employee has had a pay cut or lost their job. Senior management has made sure that this company has remained strong for this unprecedented time. The company is going places and the future is so bright. I have never worked for a company that honestly cares about the welfare of it's employees.

      Their are no cons about working at Nextmed

      The people are great the company is run by great leaders. Business development really helps support the techs in many ways . I love it here

      Pros

      Autonomy, you only work when there's actual work, so time flies by usually. Be prepared to work long days, and then also have ample random days off to make up for it. The doctors typically enjoy your help and expertise, as you are usually the only tech within hundreds of miles.

      Cons

      You must remain available even if you have a day off. It's hard to complain about not being able to leave town when you are being paid to have the day off.
