Pros

Where to begin. Freedom to excel. Freedom to create. They push you towards your best and provide ample opportunities for growth. The management is accessible and amenable. The partners and managers actively promote an environment of respect and integrity. It is truly a mission driven company. It is a great place to work hard and reap the honest rewards.

Cons

Accountability and expectations are high. If you are not performing it won’t be long before someone notices. Management is often very direct. Some may take it personally, but it is just a learning curve.

The Grass Is Green at NextMed!

Pros

I've worked at NextMed for over 5 years and the pay is good, but people who work at NextMed do so for more than just the pay. We have a great team of individuals who greatly contribute to the work environment at the corporate office. The spirit, sense of humor and collaborative nature of the NextMed team is what makes you come to work. I've read the reviews of people who leave really negative reviews and they think the grass is greener on the other side. Well, I've been to the other side (numerous times) and it's never greener because EVERY company has some good, some bad and some ugly. You just need to focus on the work here and appreciate the good we do for our patients and clients, then you'll see that the grass is indeed green at NextMed!

Cons

Honestly, nothing of note to contribute in this section.

Hostile work enviorment

Pros

Great pay and the benefits are too bad

Cons

Work environment – They offer a competitive pay but will expect you do the work of 2 people with little to no overtime to get the work done. Upper management and HR do not care about how Supervisor or co-worker speaks or treats you. At times it can be a hostile work environment, and at one-point HR told people to Q-tip it (Quit taking it personal) when you did attempt to make a complaint. As a person on another review site said, they billing is definitely on the sketchy side. If you’re being treated poorly, then this is the place for you.
