      Pros

      Autonomy, you only work when there's actual work, so time flies by usually. Be prepared to work long days, and then also have ample random days off to make up for it. The doctors typically enjoy your help and expertise, as you are usually the only tech within hundreds of miles.

      Cons

      You must remain available even if you have a day off. It's hard to complain about not being able to leave town when you are being paid to have the day off.

      Fast Growing Company, Excellent collaborative capability, overall top notch environment. Capability to learn something a bit different from other medical companies, challenging yet rewarding. Excellent leadership and open door policies. Staying open during recent Pandemic and ability to continue growth during said time.
