      Pros

      Very cool things going on at NextMed, harnessing AI and machine learning to improve patient, personnel, and corporate outcomes. Robust training and continuing education. They support us and expect us to perform as very high levels. Great place for the right people. We work in teams and take of each other in teams.

      Cons

      We work in teams! We work in a highly regulated market, so there are a lot of rules that sometimes don't make sense.

      I love what I do at NextMed because we help people feel better! There is nothing more satisfying than to end your day knowing that you did something that changed someone's life. for the better. This is a great job!

      Great hours and great benefits.

      Cons

      Were do I start? Very demanding in very little time with lack of training from others who train. Very tense environment with some team leaders as control freaks. It's nice during the new hire phase then goes into the "I will throw you under the bus every chance I get" phase over the years.Very separated and not a team environment.
