      Working at Nextmed Lithotripsy is a great experience with plenty of hands-on learning in a unique medical field. The team is super supportive, and there’s always room to grow and learn new skills. You get to be part of something that really makes a difference for patients. Plus, the company is growing fast, so there’s a lot of excitement and opportunity.

      Working at Nextmed Lithotripsy can be fast-paced and sometimes stressful, especially when dealing with equipment issues or tight deadlines. The job often requires travel, which might make work-life balance a challenge for some. Troubleshooting advanced medical equipment can be complex and demands constant learning to stay on top of things. There are also occasional frustrations with vendor communication or support delays, which can add to the pressure.
