      NextMed techs have the highest passing rates for certification tests in the industry almost 100% vs 70% by our competitors. We promote a culture that values authentic leadership, embracing innovation, accountability, customer obsession, speed.

      If you are not aligned with our values you will not be happy here. We put our team members and customers first. We also know that our team members always put us first also.

      Pros

      The only pro maybe u work 30 hours a week but get paid full time.

      Cons

      Doing 4 jobs (litho tech, truck driver, bio med, and scheduler) getting paid for 1 and they say you get a bonus but you have to jump through hoops. Then even when you qualify for your bonus they will take it away for any reason.
