Pros

Subsidised meals Good learning curve (in Mobile Department)

Cons

No Communication or collaboration with colleagues and peers. Very manipulative and strict policies (don't allow you to work from home and even use leave in some cases while its officially a benefit from company). Feels like a office furniture or a person in a cage while working in Mobile Department. No collaboration or even greetings with peers. Not allowed to talk to each other as It disturbs the people taking meetings. Feels a like a robot. Very old furniture and chairs. Will not change your chair unless you ask them a 20 times. No tissue papers in whole office anywhere. You need to use fan dryer to dry your after using washroom and it also don't work properly. Feels like a very low grade environment.
