      Pros

      It was clear during the interview process that they really valued my time. I told them I was in the final stages with a couple of other companies and they moved me along so quickly. I had the first 3 rounds in 3 days. I talked to a wide variety of people to get a feel for the culture and coworkers. HR also shared direct feedback with me throughout the process, which I have never experienced and was great to hear.

      Pros

      Everyone is really smart and driven. Lots of fun people. Despite a lot of people choosing to WFH there is still a strong culture.

      Cons

      The product is not in a good place. It's causing a lot of stress that is rippling through all teams.
