Some great people in non leadership positions and middle management

Cons

Forced return to the office mandate announced when morale already hanging on by a thread. No stipend or parking or gas costs covered. When people ask why we can’t take a more thoughtful approach CEO spouts rehearsed babble quoting a random book that is supposed to make us understand the “principles”. Exactly why you should not join this company. People like her who have no idea how to talk to people or read a room. No clue how to run a company I’m sorry to say and it’s more obvious by the day. Oh and she also took a swipe at recruiting team blaming them for attrition rate vs address why most people don’t even last a year before quitting. This may be what ultimately ruins this company, and we know exactly who is responsible.

Cons

Product is not aimed at your typical young tech worker like myself, which can lead to not feeling "bought in" to the product
