Pros

Nextdoor C-level team is amazing and it trickles down. Everyone is professional and warm at the same time. Extremely transparent company.

Cons

Still growing so things can change and evolve quickly which I think is a pro but some people might not like change.

Team organization changed a lot in first few weeks. Settled down and hopefully it stays that way.
