Haven't done layoffs (yet: fingers crossed) High degree of autonomy and responsibility after ramp-up Good company culture, people are fantastic

- mission driven company - strong culture - great colleagues - amazing San Francisco HQ office - still working in startup-mode in many ways - which I think is great for those who want to build a function, shape the way the company will operate

Cons

- because of the economy and going public there are a lot of headwinds the company is facing, but I'm sure they'll figure it out!
