Great mission, great people - lots of freedom to try out stuff

- great mission - people are always happy to help - room to experiment - we’re moving fast - dealing with Covid was another good example of how the leadership team takes care of our people - being part of an internationally growing company

Cons

Challenges might be the global expansion and the odd hours for calls. Or the fast amount of product enhancements and the lack of resources to get them all done.

Pros

Nextdoor combines many of the positive aspects of large tech companies and smaller startup environments. The management suite has been completely overhauled in the past few years. The calibre of people assembled is seriously impressive on both a human and professional level. While the platform has received some criticism in the past, everyone I have met here genuinely believes in the mission of this company and the good we can do. It is refreshing and inspiring to work with a group of people so dedicated to a common goal.

Cons

Nothing major that I have personally encountered.
