-Passionate talented coworkers that truly embody the mission and value here -Company allowed the formation of many ERGs & even covered our lunches at lunch meetings and let us present sometimes at All Hands -Great snacks in the kitchen (pre-pandemic), offer tiny WFH stipend and L&D stipends

Cons

-Company does not seem to walk its talk re DEI, no data-driven goals; treated as mostly PR rather than competitive business investment. When first hired there were <1% total black or indigenous employees; right before pandemic layoffs, there were about 5%. -Culture of low or no EQ especially in middle management, HR and Ops; occasional misappropriation and lack of recognition for ground-breaking work, and maladaptive behavior is more common than one would expect. -Seems like high performers who complain about management skills may start to get bad performance reviews.

- Great team and manager - The projects are interesting and great - Upper-level management is very open

Cons

- Product still needs to catch up to the level the company is on. - Non-compensation benefits (WFH/welfare stipends, referral bonuses) can be better
