If you have the grit and show the will to work, the opportunities are endless! The company is growing rapidly and the pay is very competitive.

Cons

Very chilly in the office, be prepared to wear layers.

Pros

High pay, abundant overtime, paid training, tool account is good, paid to drive, paid to stay out of town, phone, van and tablet are new

Cons

Away from home more than I'd like, mandatory out of town and late nights. It's negotiable usually but comes with the job. On call often. Customers everywhere, can be good and bad.

This organization has absolutely no leadership, direction, or culture. Nothing in this company is transparent and expectations are never communicated. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
