poor leadership. many red flags from the beginning; many disgruntled employees that promptly left upon my start, even our trainer was let go shortly after our class despite the interview boasting “a robust training” experience. breaks were looked down upon. service techs regularly complained about poor management and having to pay for parts out of pocket. The company was inundated in invoice issues and many of her customers complained about the quality of work service technicians provided. QA rarely provided feedback and only really provided this in my last months there; probably too busy also dealing with all those contested invoices.
