Pros

CMS is a good company, it's got a large structure so you do have to actually work. You are looking out for your guys in the field. You will work long hours in the summer and it is stressful but that is the industry. If you aren't working long hours in summer your company isn't doing something right.

Cons

The only thing is the long hours but you get paid for it. So it's not really a con.

Vacation time is limited to when you can take off, to much out of state work if your territory is slow. Middle management doesn't have a clue regarding hvac
