There are no pros to speak of quite honestly. High employee turnover because of crappy benefits and long stressful hours under lousy management.

Cons

Poorly run offices. They hire condescending bullies to be RSMs and have absolutely NO management skills whatsoever. Horrible company to work for overall

overtime,overtime,overtime if you like to work this is the company for you

Cons

Management out of touch with good employees .Lets mid level management run employees into the ground and then blind sides them when they give a two week notice.

Pros

you get to work from home, all the overtime you want, no paperwork its all done on the IPad, pays pretty good

Cons

no work for 3 months in the winter, they dont care about you having a personal life, the office is horrible, on call all the time, lots and lots of travel, only promotes people that dont do their job so they keep the good techs in the field, the "managers" dont know anything about HVAC, they lie, cheat and will do anything to just get any job done, basically want you to jerry rig everything to save a buck
