      Favoritism with managers and staff, promotion not based on performance, unfair process for applying for higher positions, no inclusion, executive staff only disclosed company goals and plans at town halls

      Good environment, no growth, low pay

      Pros

      The culture of the teams and direct managers are light and fun.

      Cons

      Run by a cheap investment firm who continues to cut costs at every corner, they love to preach about how much money there making and raising prices, yet do not adjust for inflation and raises have been a joke. Top tier work (even doing other job roles and exceeding at all of them) will get you a below average raise… but don’t worry they’ll tell you how much they appreciate you! At the end of the day starting pay is too low for this industry work elsewhere.
