      Small team with a lot of experience Remote work and equipment provided

      Cons

      -Our department is always used as test dummies for new roll outs -you can express a concern or challenge with a process, and nothing changes for months or at all -No room for growth or career development - quota for cold calling and salary do not align with the amount of work we have to do to get a decent commission pay out

      -changing comp structures -leadership had very little grasp as to day-to-day business -complex processes -performance was highly correlated to the accounts that were given, certain segmentations were a revolving door

      -salary -call center -"every man for themself" vibes -upper tiers are not very helpful -cases that are escalated take months only for them to be sent back incomplete without a solution
