      Pros

      Remote work decent benefit’s maternity and paternity leave work life balance

      Cons

      A lot of confusion around getting the product to work for it’s customers higher up managers don’t listen to their team struggles pay is lower then other companies little to no training you will be exhausted from all the angry customers and the lack of help from the other departments

      - Unlimited PTO - Great Work-Life Balance - Remote Work

      Cons

      -Extremely Low pay -Low salary/annual increases (Ex. 2% in an market where inflation is 8%+) -No diversity amongst leadership (Looking at the recent people who have left engineering they have all been minorities who were promised promotions or opportunities and strung along) -No follow-through by leadership when they make a promise -No chance to get a promotion (If you notice some people have waited 5+ years) -Lack of software architecture or plan to move the software forward

      Hybrid schedule, mostly remote, mostly work with you designated teams/departments, health insurance, free lunches during events, unlimited flex PTO

      Cons

      Executives aren't open with the company about what goes on, no job stability, favoritism by managers, only promote based on favoritism, not much diversity or inclusion, unfair process for merit
