      Collaborative and Productive Company driving change in Healthcare

      Pros

      Collaborative and engaged are high qualities of the employees at Nextech. Employees leverage experience of one another to create the most successful customer experience and product. There is no competitiveness in a negative manner and the support of everyone here is always top notch. Leadership is open and positive driving you to be your best, encouraging you to grow and most of all keeping everyone informed of the organizational goals. Employees really just want to be acknowledged and included and Nextech does an amazing job of informing and acknowledging. Working from home has been the most incredible change since Covid. I am more relaxed and putting in more time and effort that is with greater focus and concentration. No 2 hour commute each day...that's 10 bonus hours a week of focus on my career and my health!

      Cons

      Nothing wrong here...except we work a lot but mostly because we want to...Product management is not a 9-5 job and now that we work from home we have more flexibility in putting in those extra moments, but the freedom to balance our lives as working from home just opens up a new world of productivity without feeling as if you are doing more.

      Growing Company with Tons of Opportunity

      Pros

      The company is growing despite the rough year 2020 has been for many companies with COVID. Being in the healthcare industry is a huge advantage right now. The company has also handled COVID very well by continuing to have all employees work from home to avoid any chance of transmission. Leadership tries to be transparent with regular company meetings. They discuss financial goals and new products under development. I have found my manager to be very forthcoming with information when I ask questions and am so thankful I came to work for this company in 2019.Everyone works hard, but we also accomplish a lot, which is exciting to see. The company has gone through a lot of change the past few years, but still has a great culture that focuses on treating employees fairly. I look forward to my future here and think there is a lot of opportunity for anyone who is looking to grow.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but this one at least tries to fix things that aren't going right and actively seeks employee feedback.

      Not an ideal place to work.

      Pros

      A good stepping stone company. Some good people who care about doing great work are my team members. They are the only thing that makes working in a terrible environment bearable.

      Cons

      Everything. Disorganized executive team. Disloyal to their own people. Leadership is secretive but management talks about things happening in the company off to the side. No one ever knows exactly what is going on. Not action takers. You explain problems and they never get addressed or resolved.
