      A decent start for entry level

      Not enough training. Customers call about you doing their job for them, instead of actual application issues.

      Pros

      I love the company's culture and shared values. Very few companies translate their values into the culture well, and Nextech does an excellent job. They welcome new ideas and constantly look for ways to improve the company culture and work environment. The leadership team comprises highly motivated individuals passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry. * Collaboration and teamwork are highly valued and encouraged. * Empowered to learn, build and grow * Volunteering opportunities to give back to worthy causes. * Fast-paced work environment, Benefits, 401k-match.

      Cons

      A fast-paced work environment has challenges, but the leadership is very responsive in addressing them. Days can sometimes get meeting-heavy.

      So many! Comparable pay, great work environment, flexible time off is a life saver.

      Cons

      If you have a hard time working remotely, this is not the job for you. Majority positions are remote.
