      Great culture and overall place to work

      Pros

      Simply a great place to work. I love what I do and the people I do it with. I started as an intern straight out of university, nervous to transition into the corporate world from my previous field but Nextech and my team provided me with the tools I needed to succeed and mentors that I've genuinely connected with and have guided me in my career path from an intern to a now, full time employee. Current WFH model has allowed me to continue to travel and explore parts of the world; one of my greatest priorities after university. This work/life balance has been quite meaningful to me during my time here and has empowered me to make great strides in my life and career goals without having to choose between one or the other. Overall, the culture of Nextech and efforts from the People and Culture team to improve employee wellness through various programs and incentives make this company a great place to work :)

      Cons

      None at the current moment but if I could add something it would be an educational assistance program in the form of tuition reimbursement, tuition assistance, and/or employer-sponsored scholarships.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed getting to work with so many capable software engineers. I learned a lot. I also appreciated this companies inclusivity, as it likely had the most non-homogeneous workforce I've every worked with.

      Cons

      The fun-tech company culture was alluring at first, but it gets to be tiresome and some may find it juvenile.
