New leadership team appears to have a strong direction and is working to reorganize and realign the organization.

Cons

Like many companies seeking to scale after several rounds of private equity investment there are challenges with tech debt, poorly or improperly executed M&A, silos, and missing operations infrastructure. I do think that the new leadership understands these weaknesses and will work through them.

Work-life balance, company seems to be committed to fostering a good culture, co-workers are pleasant and willing to help each other

Cons

Disorganized, company either lacks SOPs or no one follows them, people are busy so it can take a long time to solve customers concerns when they involve multiple people/departments, pay is low, benefits are expensive and weak

You get paid, some benefits.

Cons

Too many to name. Read the negative reviews. You will be overworked and underpaid. You will be “asked” to learn new products with no bump in pay. & the pay increases are a joke. Use this place as a stepping stone to something better. If you are trying to make a career out of this job, good luck.
