At the Dayton office, you could wear whatever you want, not be blocked from the internet, and the coworkers were nice. Start you off at a decent paycheck.

Cons

Customers can be awful and pretentious. You also have to work a 24-hour shift for a whole week or so every now and then. No snow days.

Upper management expects too much decision making from lower employees without mentoring, teaching or supporting occasional mistakes; too fast-paced to consider improvements (a very "this is how we've always done it" and "we don't have time for changes" attitude), HR (and company in general) is too small to be trusted with anonymously taking care of management-employee issues

Over abundance of senior level management (VP's) Need to restructure bonus standards. VP's get majority of bonus yet very little is based on their actual performance. Turnover is high due to under developed managers/leaders. That's how you run a top down company. Very little, if any training on software......at a software company
