      Great Culture, Communicative Executive Leadership

      Pros

      Great company culture that is focused on making sure the new world of remote work is inclusive and responsive to their needs. For me, fostering this culture of trust and openness began before I was even hired. The interview process included meeting not only 1:1 but also with panels where I was able to ask why so many employees had a tenure of 5+ years. Since I have been here, there have been many opportunities to meet with fellow team members both virtually and in-person. But, because this is a high-performing team, there is an unwritten "no jerks" rule and people are encouraged to voice their opinions. Executive Leadership does a great job of communicating priorities and company strategy.

      Cons

      Things moved fast here, so you have to be prepared to pivot. Making sure to take advantage of the unlimited PTO policy can sometimes be a must in order to recharge.

      Empowering, amazing culture, and great work/life balance!

      Pros

      This company truly cares about both their clients and their employees. It feels great to make a difference in healthcare while also having fun with my work colleagues. The VP of Marketing empowers the team and loves to let the creativity flow. We work hard, and we play hard! Whether we are gearing up for an exciting product launch or planning for an industry conference, there is always something fun and exciting going on. And when all is said and done, we do fun things to celebrate like virtual trivia night! I'm a working mom of 3 kids who are very active in sports. Having a work/life balance and supporting coworkers is such a blessing. My colleagues truly are the best!

      Cons

      This is really hard since there are not any cons that come to mind as Nextech truly is a great place to work. I think the only thing I would mention would be you have to be someone who knows how to prioritize (or asks for help in prioritizing) since we are a growth company, so there is lots going on. However, I don't personally view that as a con as I like change and growth to keep my position challenging.

      As any role, stress may occur but you still have a great leader and manager to guide you.
