Work you to the bone, it's a family company so almost all management is family, no room for advancement, good people have worked there for years with no promotion, negative work environment

Even though company is growing each year, budget cuts come with it each year. They tend to promote management from outside the company and existing employees are essentially stuck even though they provide the knowledge of how the software actually works.
