      Small Company Feel - Large Company Goals

      Pros

      A strong emphasis on culture and making sure the people in the company are driven to care about their fellow employees and clients. Very few boundaries between business departments as the goals are to solve problems fast but with the right data

      Cons

      Private Equity ownership makes you wonder if the culture will stay the same once a sale eventually happens at some point in the future.

      Great fast paced company to learn and grow

      Pros

      Good culture, opportunity to work on a variety of tech including the latest. collaborative environment, work from anywhere, flexable time off. Managers empower employees. Overall a great place to work and grow.

      Cons

      Fast paced and sometimes challenging to get things done on time. Company is growing which presents challenges.

      Great Company to Grow With

      Pros

      - Remote work - Unlimited flexible time off - Full transparency in townhall meetings - Don't micro-manage - Great company culture: Employee Belonging Groups, Volunteer work, Core Values that actually influence environment and goals - Supportive of new ideas - Great leadership

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times, but that could be a me thing more then a Nextech thing. Team always offers to help when they can, and leadership always checks in to see if changes need to be made to work-load.
